Have you been looking for a way to serve our church body? Well I have just the thing for you. We have the opportunity again this year to serve the college students at their formal dinner. The dinner will be held on Friday, April 20^th. The time commitment will be from 5:30-9:30ish. We’ll be cooking and serving the food, and then helping clean up afterward. Dinner will be provided for us as well. Since we’re having an all-church brunch in place of ABF this Sunday (and thus no time for me to pass around a sign-up sheet), please email me (mborg@purdue.edu) if you’re willing to help out. I’m looking for 10-15 hearty people to help cook/serve/clean as well as 6-8 culinary experts (I guess we’ll accept novices too) who would be willing to make/purchase and donate a dessert for the cause (suggestions were pie, cheesecake, normal cake, etc). The theme of the dinner is “black & white”. So I guess black and/or white frosting would be awesome. If you need to come late/leave early, that’s fine, just please let me know that too.
